Young Leaders and Torch Bearers
The much-awaited Indian School of Business (ISB) Young Leader and Torch Bearer awards 2012 will be given to the students who make immense contributions to the School, in a ceremony to be held a day before the Graduation Day.

The ISB Awards Committee examines each nomination on the basis of importance of the initiative/activity from ISB's perspective, efforts invested including the number of activities the student is involved in, the quality of implementation (teamwork, communication to different stakeholders, etc.), outcomes (such as sustained improvements and contribution to brand ISB), and demonstration of leadership (vision, mobilisation of energy/ideas, dedication and innovation). Feedback and validation is sought from a fairly wide cross-section of the ISB community. Only the candidates elgibile in terms of academic performance, honour code, etc. are considered for the Awards.

This year 17 students will be honoured with the Young Leader awards and 52 students will be given the Torch Bearer awards. One from among the Young Leader award recipients will be chosen for the Chairman’s Award for all-round excellence at the ceremony.
