My take on it
We should definitely improve Alumni relations. In my manifesto too, I have highlighted this. The one key difference however is that I strongly believe that interactions and connect can be deeper only when the setting is informal. I would therefore encourage informal alumni meets.
Action Plan
Invite locally situated alums to campus to join us at various celebratory events, movie screenings, or asking them to join us when we go out.
